P4B Highlights 17.01.2025

We have had a great and busy week this week. We have been discussing how people need family and friends so they don’t get lonely. We read through the Creation story to see how God created all the things that we need and that the world needs to continue to grow and be amazing. We talked about how its ok to rely on our friends for help and that its important to be grateful for our family.

We have started looking at reading and working out the time. It was really useful to have been practising our 5 tmes tables!

We are looking at and developing our money skills and have had lots of practice with subtraction to be able to work out costs and change.

As part of our writing we listened to Michael Morpurgo’s story ‘Coming Home’. We are exploring the different stages of the story. This is the short version that a supermarket used for an advert a few years ago.

We went to Mass today and the whole class was amazing. Fr Clement said we were all perfect.

Hot Choc at Home winners- 10th Jan – Blair  17th Jan – Safaa

We were sad to say goodbye to Safaa today but we know she will soon have lots of new friends at her new school.
