Primary 4A Weekly Update - 10.10.25
We have had another fantastic week in Primary 4A. There has been lots of learning and lots of fun!
Here are some of the children’s learning highlights this week:
John – I was proud of myself when I managed to do the zip line in our Go Wild day on Tuesday!
Aaron- I was pleased that showed all my working in Maths.
Angel- I was confident reading out loud to my reading group.
Enso- I made two onomatopoeia pictures for the classroom display.
Martyna- I have grown my confidence in skip counting in maths.
Miss Reilly – My highlight of the week was our Go Wild session with Rob. I was amazed at the confidence of the children in the Woodlands and I was very impressed at the way everyone took risks and tried new activities, even when they were out of their comfort zone.
Mrs Craig – I loved our writing lesson this week! It was great fun walking around the school and collecting sounds for our poems. The poems the children created were fantastic and they all successfully managed to use onomatopoeia to make their poems more effective.
Our Hot Chocolate winner this week was John. John has been working hard in class to complete his work and trying very hard to be kind and respectful towards others.
Our Reading Champion is Cameron. Cameron is a fantastic reading role model to the other children and is making excellent progress with his reading skills.
We hope everyone has a fantastic weekend. We look forward to seeing the children back in the classroom next week for our last week of term.
